- - blender;
- - frozen margarine 125 g;
- - wheat flour 1 glass;
- - sugar ¼ glass;
- - cottage cheese 250-300 g;
- - sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - salt 0.5 teaspoon;
- - baking powder 0.5 teaspoon;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine ¼ cup sugar, 1 cup flour, salt and baking powder. Grate the margarine into this mixture. Stir well until fine flour crumbs are formed.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar in a blender. Then add the egg and beat again.
Step 3
Line the baking pan with parchment. Sprinkle in half the sand crumbs and fill with the filling. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar and serve.
