    • 50 g icing sugar;
    • 2 tablespoons of starch;
    • zest of 1 orange;
    • 2 cups of flour;
    • 2 tablespoons of water;
    • 450 g pitted cherries.

Step 1

Raspberry tart Remove 125 g butter from the refrigerator a few hours before making the tart and leave at room temperature.
