Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers, wipe dry, grate, salt a little. If the peel of the cucumbers is very rough, then it is better to peel the cucumbers from it. Let the cucumbers and salt stand a little, then squeeze out the excess juice, drain it. Chop the dill, rub the cheese. If you want pieces of cheese to come across in the bread, then cut it into small cubes and mix with a little flour.

Heat the water a little, add yeast, sugar, a little flour, leave in a warm place to come up. After that add grated cucumbers, cheese, dill, mix. Add flour gradually to make a soft and elastic dough - it shouldn't stick to your hands.
