- - fast-acting yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - water - 125 ml;
- - dill - a few branches;

- - wheat flour - 450-500 g.

Step 1
Warm the water slightly - it should become warm. Then add fast-acting yeast to it, as well as a small amount of wheat flour and granulated sugar. Move the dough to a place warm enough for it to rise.

After thoroughly washing the cucumbers, chop them with a fine grater. If they have a rather coarse skin, then it is better to cut it off. Salt the resulting cucumber mass. Let her stand for a while.

After passing the cheese through a medium grater, mix it with the cucumber mass. Just do not forget to first squeeze it out in order to remove excess liquid. Then add finely chopped dill and the risen dough to the same place. Mix everything properly.

Now add wheat flour to the cheese-cucumber mixture. Knead everything until you get a dough that has an elastic structure, soft to the touch, and does not stick to your hands.

Using a round baking dish, brush it with sunflower oil. After dividing the dough into several equal parts, roll each into a spherical shape and put in a prepared dish. Then cover the future cucumber bread with cling film and set it aside until it approximately doubles in volume.
Step 6
Place the enlarged dough in the oven, pre-greased with sunflower oil, and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
