Are your kids reluctant to eat cottage cheese? Feed them cottage cheese balls stuffed with nuts, boiled condensed milk or chocolate. It is unlikely that a child will refuse such a dessert.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 100 g of coconut flakes;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 2 pinches of vanillin;
- - 1 teaspoon of honey;
- - raisins to taste;
- - walnuts or any other nuts to taste;
- - pitted canned cherries to taste;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of boiled condensed milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the raisins well, cover with boiling water and leave for ten minutes.
Step 2
Heat a small amount of walnuts or any other nuts in the microwave (2 minutes) If desired, you can fry in a dry pan.
Step 3
Rub the cottage cheese through a strainer or pass through a blender. For dessert, it is better to use 9% cottage cheese. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, add honey and pass through a blender again.
Step 4
Add coconut flakes to the curd, stir thoroughly. The consistency of the curd should resemble dough. Save a small portion of the coconut for sprinkling the balls.
Step 5
Take a small part of the resulting mass and mash it into a cake, in the center of which make indentations. Place the nuts in the center and form a ball. Roll in coconut flakes
Step 6
Take the second portion of the mass and mash it into a cake, put the condensed milk filling in the center, form a ball and roll in shavings.
Step 7
In the third serving, put the canned cherry filling, also roll in the shavings.
Step 8
Put the raisin filling in the fourth serving, roll in shavings.

Fillings for curd balls can be anything to your taste. Let the finished dessert stand in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes and serve.
