Breakfast on the day off should not only be healthy, but also very tasty. But what to cook if you want to rest a little longer and not waste time on a long breakfast preparation? Syrniki with boiled condensed milk will come to the rescue - delicious, simple, just for children and adults.
It is necessary
- For cheesecakes:
- -600 grams of cottage cheese,
- -5 Art. tablespoons of sugar
- -40 grams of coconut flakes,
- -2 eggs,
- -3 tbsp. spoons of boiled condensed milk,
- -40 grams of flour
- -1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream for greasing cheesecakes.
- To fill:
- -3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -1.5 cups sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Transfer 600 grams of cottage cheese to a bowl, mash with 5 tablespoons of sugar, add two eggs, mix well.
Step 2
Add coconut flakes to the curd mass - its addition is necessary not only for taste and aroma, but for thickening the mass, stir.
Step 3
Form curd cakes. In the middle of each curd cake, put a portion of boiled condensed milk (about one teaspoon - whoever likes it). To make the curd mass better molded, use flour.
Step 4
Arrange the cheesecakes in tins or on a baking sheet, brush with a thin layer of sour cream.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cheese cakes until golden. From the curd mass, about 16-18 syrniki will turn out.
Step 6
For softer and more tender cheesecakes, it is necessary to prepare sour cream filling. Mix sour cream with sugar (amount to your liking). For a more piquant taste, you can add a teaspoon of any tincture to the filling.
Step 7
Remove the pancakes from the oven and place them in a baking dish. Pour with sour cream filling so that it covers half of the cheese pancakes. Place the dish in the oven and bring to a boil (the temperature can be increased or left as it is). After boiling, take out the syrniki, arrange in portions and serve.
