Cake "Crow's Feet" is preferred by lovers of not too sweet desserts. It consists of a thin biscuit crust at the base, cherries boiled with sugar, which have a natural sourness and an airy cream. The cake is obtained with a peculiar taste thanks to cognac and cocoa.
It is necessary
- - chicken egg 2 pcs;
- - granulated sugar 70 g;
- - wheat flour 80 g;
- - black chocolate 1 bar;
- - fresh cherries 300 g;
- - icing sugar 125 g;
- - cream 20% 30 g;
- - butter 160 g;
- - cocoa (optional) 15 g;
- - cognac 10 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cool chicken eggs and beat with a mixer for 7 minutes. Add granulated sugar in several steps and beat together for another 15 minutes. At the end, add flour and stir.
Step 2
Take a round shape, put foil on the bottom and place the dough in it. Bake in the oven until tender, at a temperature of 210-220 ° C.
Step 3
Grind the icing sugar with cream. Put soft butter in the mixture and beat with a mixer or blender. Pour cocoa into the finished mass (optional) and pour in brandy.
Step 4
Mix fresh or frozen pitted cherries with sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool the cherry mass.
Step 5
Grate a bar of chocolate.
Step 6
Place cooked cherries on the baked crust, spread with cream. Sprinkle with chocolate on top of the cream.
