  • - granulated sugar 70 g;
  • - wheat flour 80 g;
  • - black chocolate 1 bar;
  • - fresh cherries 300 g;
  • - icing sugar 125 g;
  • - cream 20% 30 g;
  • - butter 160 g;
  • - cocoa (optional) 15 g;
  • - cognac 10 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Cool chicken eggs and beat with a mixer for 7 minutes. Add granulated sugar in several steps and beat together for another 15 minutes. At the end, add flour and stir.

Step 2

Take a round shape, put foil on the bottom and place the dough in it. Bake in the oven until tender, at a temperature of 210-220 ° C.

Grind the icing sugar with cream. Put soft butter in the mixture and beat with a mixer or blender. Pour cocoa into the finished mass (optional) and pour in brandy.

Mix fresh or frozen pitted cherries with sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool the cherry mass.

Grate a bar of chocolate.
