"Cat's feet" chocolate biscuits are a delicate and tasty treat. It is better to use 80% dark chocolate when baking, then it will taste very well in cookies. If you are not a fan of dark chocolate, then you can take 60%. To create these cookies, you need to take a nozzle with a small hole, otherwise instead of "cat" you will get "tiger paws".

- Ingredients for the dough:
- - 300 g flour;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 80 g of dark chocolate;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 30 g vanilla sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a pinch of salt.
- Ingredients for the glaze:
- - 50 g of white chocolate;
- - 50 g of dark chocolate.

Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Melt the dark chocolate, cool it a little.

Whisk the egg whites until firm.

Stir in the softened butter and vanilla sugar on a low mixer speed. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Add flour, whipped egg whites, powdered sugar to the butter, stir until smooth. Stir in the cooled dark chocolate.

Transfer the dough to a pastry bag (the nozzle should be in the form of an asterisk).

Spread the dough 3 cm tall on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake the cat's feet cookies for 10 minutes, then transfer them to the wire rack and let cool.

In separate bowls, melt black and white chocolate in the microwave or water bath.

Dip some of the cookies in dark chocolate and some in white. Transfer to a wire rack, let the glaze harden. Store ready-made cookies in a sealed tin.
