It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp. flour
- - 150 g butter
- - 1 egg
- - 2-3 tbsp. cold water
- - salt
- - 200 g almonds
- - 2 eggs
- - 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- - 2 tbsp. flour
- - 4 large pears
- - ½ lemon
- - 200 g apricot jam
- - 2 tbsp. pear liqueur (cognac or rum)
Instructions
Step 1
Make the dough first. Break an egg into a bowl, pour cold water, chilled butter, salt, stir. Pour flour into the mixture. Knead the shortbread dough. Refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Take a baking dish so that the sides are 3-4 cm high. With cool hands, quickly knead the dough into the mold. Send it to the refrigerator. While the dough is chilling, add the filling.
Step 3
Peel and core the pears, cut into even slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop the nuts with a knife or blender. Beat eggs with granulated sugar, sift flour and add to them. Put the nuts, mix everything well.
Step 4
Spread the filling over the dough. Make the decor with slices of pears: lay them in a circle, pressing a little into the filling. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, put the cake on for 25-35 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, prepare a sweet pie sauce. Heat the jam with liqueur or other drink that is available, pour in a little water. Watch out for baking. When the pears turn dark golden, turn off the oven. Remove the pie and pour over the sweet sauce. Cool before serving.
