The combination of cherries and almonds can already be called classic - it is often found in various desserts. Sour cream pie with cherries and almonds has a delicate taste, the dough melts in your mouth. Top such a cake can be garnished with almond petals.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 3 chicken eggs;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 glass of cherries;
- - 6 st. tablespoons of sugar, butter;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of ground almonds;
- - 1, 5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, baking powder;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Prepare a rectangular shape - cover it with parchment.
Step 2
Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, butter, vanillin, almonds in a bowl (set aside a little to sprinkle the finished product). Sift flour with baking powder on top, stir. The dough should be like thick sour cream in consistency.
Step 3
Transfer the dough into a mold, flatten, spread the frozen cherries on top, press down a little so that it sinks into the dough.
Step 4
Mix the almonds separately, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter. Grind into crumbs, sprinkle the cake on top.
Step 5
Cook the cake until golden brown. Decorate as you like, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or almond petals.
