Step 1

- - 600g flour
- - 300ml warm milk
- - 350g sugar
- - 250g butter
- - 7 eggs
- - salt to taste
- - 2 cans of canned cherries
- - half lemon juice
- - lemon zest
- - 500g sour cream
- - 250g cottage cheese
- - a bag of vanillin
- - 5 tbsp. L. chopped almonds

Step 2
Cooking the filling. Drain the cherry juice. Beat 2 eggs and 125g sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, juice and lemon zest.
Step 3
For pouring, grind the remaining butter with sugar and vanilla white to white. Stir in 1 egg. With 3 tbsp. flour, add the remaining eggs.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Knead the dough on the table with flour and roll it into a layer the size of a baking sheet. We transfer to a greased baking sheet, we make bumpers around the edges. Spread sour cream, berries and filling on top of the dough. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 30 minutes.
