Pie with marzipan and pears turns out to be very tender, aromatic. A minimum of ingredients, you don't need to spend a lot of time on cooking, and the result is amazing. Such universal baked goods can be prepared not only with pears, but also with other fruits.
It is necessary
- - 200 g marzipan;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 3 pears;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 sachet of baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Whisk it with sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, while beating the mixture.
Step 2
Divide the marzipan into small pieces with your hands. You can crumble it and send it to the oil mixture. Sift flour together with baking powder, add to the mass, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Peel the pears and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into medium-sized cubes. Stir gently into the resulting dough.
Step 4
Coat a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with a little flour. Put the finished dough in a mold, smooth the surface so that the cake does not turn out to be crooked. Place in the oven.
Step 5
Bake the marzipan and pear pie at 190 degrees until tender. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick - it should come out dry from the middle of the pie, but if pieces of dough are stuck on it, then cook more. In total, these pastries take 20-25 minutes to cook.
Step 6
Pie with marzipan and pears can be immediately sent to the table or you can wait until it cools slightly. Even after cooling, it does not lose its softness.
