The honey caramel pear pie is very simple, but effective at the same time. Top of the cake is covered with cinnamon caramel. In summer it can be served with a scoop of ice cream, and in winter with a glass of warm milk.
It is necessary
- - 220 g of wheat flour;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 4 large pears;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - vanilla, a pinch of salt;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cinnamon, brown sugar, liquid honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar and eggs, stir in milk, add vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Mix flour and baking powder separately, add a pinch of salt. Combine the two mixtures, place in a greased and floured baking dish. For this amount of dough, a mold with a diameter of 28 cm is required.
Step 3
Rinse the pears, cut each in half and remove the core. Spread the pear halves over the dough.
Step 4
Brush the pears with slightly warmed liquid honey, sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Put the pan in the oven, bake the cake at 180 degrees. It takes about 25-30 minutes for the cake to turn golden. You can serve the pie right away, it tastes much better when warm. The pie does not need additional decoration - the pear halves look beautiful anyway.
