It is very easy to prepare sweet dishes in a multicooker, they turn out quickly and always tasty. The only difficulty is determining what you want to treat yourself and your family.
It is necessary
- - 2 hard pears
- - 3 tbsp. Sahara
- - 2 tbsp. butter
- - 200 ml hot water
- - mint leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the multicooker and the necessary ingredients for the dish for work. In Auto or Multi Cook mode, select and set the temperature to 160 degrees.
Step 2
Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar into a dry multicooker bowl and heat it until it turns into caramel. Then add butter to the caramel and, stirring with a silicone spatula, melt it.
Step 3
Wash the pears under running water, peel them and cut into several pieces, removing the seeds and core. Place the pears in the cooked caramel, cut side down and very gently pour hot water, close the lid and continue cooking in the previously selected mode for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Open the lid of the multicooker, turn the fruit over and simmer for another 5 minutes, until the pears soften. Turn off the multicooker, carefully so as not to burn yourself with the steam, open the lid and cool the baked fruit. Serve with a mint leaf and vanilla ice cream.
