- - 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- - 100 g icing sugar
- - 10 g vanillin
- - 50 ml of water

Step 1
We start the preparation of the lemon cake by heating the butter to the state of sour cream and rubbing it with sugar, starch, vanilla and lemon zest.

Then add eggs to the prepared mass and gradually add flour. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3
Put the finished dough in a mold and put it in an oven preheated to 220-220 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Step 4
While the cake is being prepared, we are preparing the fondant! Dilute lemon juice with water and dissolve icing sugar in it. We mix this mixture with heated oil, put on fire and stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add vanillin there and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished fondant and beat until it turns white.
Step 6
Cover the finished product with fondant over the entire surface and decorate with lemon slices or slices of lemon marmalade.
