Step 1
In order to make lemon pie, we need to make yeast dough according to the basic recipe. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it brew for 20-25 minutes. Then add eggs, salt, a little sugar, yeast to the flour and knead the soft dough. We cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place to come up.
Step 2
Separate a small piece from the finished dough, intended for decoration. Divide the remaining dough into two parts and roll them into layers of medium thickness.
Step 3
Wash the lemons well and grind them with sugar.

We spread one layer in a greased form and distribute the filling over it. Then we cover the product with the second layer of dough and fix it along the edges.
Step 5
Then in the middle of the cake we make a small hole so that the cake can be baked from the inside.
Step 6
From the remaining dough we make decorations in the form of Christmas trees, decorate the cake with them and coat everything with a beaten egg.
Step 7
Put the finished pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
