Delicious, soft and homemade cake. It goes well with hot tea and fresh cocktails!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 200 g flour
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soda
- - 250 g butter
- - 120 g potato starch
- - 270 g sugar
- - 3 eggs
- - 10 g ground cinnamon
- - 50 g cocoa powder
- - 150 g walnuts
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, grind the butter with sugar until white, add the yolks, flour mixed with soda, starch and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
We divide the resulting dough into two parts and sprinkle each of them with ground cinnamon. Then add chopped walnuts to one part and mix everything.
Step 3
Add cocoa powder to the second part and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Put one part of the dough into a pre-greased form, flatten it with a spoon, put the second part on top and distribute it evenly.
Step 5
We put the finished product in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 50-60 minutes.
Step 6
The cupcake can be served either warm or cold. You can garnish it with powdered sugar or coconut if you wish.
