Add granulated sugar to soft butter. Add vanilla sugar and beat the ingredients with a mixer until creamy. Into this beaten mass gradually add one chicken egg at a time. The mixture should be kneaded thoroughly each time an egg is added. Add fine salt, wheat flour, baking powder to the egg-creamy mass, pour in the required amount of cow's cream.
Step 2
Stir the mixture and divide it into two equal parts, and add cocoa powder to one of them. Grease a small baking dish with cooking oil or margarine and place the dark dough first, then the light dough.
Step 3
Gently mix the dough of both colors with a fork until a beautiful marble pattern is formed. Bake the "Marble" cake at 180 degrees for fifty minutes. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the top of the cake before serving.
