- For 10 pieces:
- - 120 g flour;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 120 g butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 4 tsp cocoa powder;
- - 140 g of sugar.
- For the cream:
- - 200 g cream cheese;
- - 4 tablespoons icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Beat it with a mixer into a viscous mass with added sugar.
Step 2
Separate the whites from the yolks. We drive the yolks into the oil mixture, while we remove the whites in the cold. Sift the flour and mix with the yolks and butter until smooth.
Step 3
Beat the whites until firm peaks with a pinch of salt. We add protein to the rest of the ingredients, gently stirring with a spatula in one direction - this is important! Divide the dough in half and add cocoa to one part.
Step 4
Alternating between the mixtures, use a tablespoon to fill the tins, lined with special cuffs for baking mini-muffins. We bake in preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
Step 5
For the cream, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar. We put it in the cold for 20 minutes. Decorate the finished cooled muffins with the resulting cream. We put it in the refrigerator before serving.
