The cake is made from two different cakes: nut and chocolate. It turns out to be tender, tasty, juicy and light. Soaked in nut cream.

- - 500 g granulated sugar
- - 7 eggs
- - 150 g of nuts
- - 70 g milk chocolate
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - 500 ml of milk
- - 180 g butter

Step 1
Make a dough. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar. Use a mixer to whisk the whites into a stiff foam. Combine baking powder and flour, add to the yolk-sugar mass and stir. Add egg whites and stir again until smooth. Divide the dough into two equal portions.
Step 2
Grind the chocolate and nuts into crumbs. Add chocolate chips to one part of the dough, and 1/2 nut chips to the other.
Step 3
Place the dough in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth over the surface with your hands. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, place the crust on and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown. Remove the cake from the oven, cool it down and cut into two more cakes. Do this one more time. As a result, you should get four cakes. Cut each cake flat. And turn the scraps into crumbs.
Step 4
Make a cream. Stir 3 tablespoons. flour in milk, and put on low heat, heat and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and refrigerate. Beat 200 g granulated sugar and butter with a mixer. Pour into the milk mixture in a thin stream and beat until smooth. Pour the remaining nut crumbs into the cream and stir.
Step 5
Place the cakes on a plate alternately: nut crust and brush with cream, then chocolate crust and brush with cream again. Do this two more times. Sprinkle crumbs on the cake. Place it in the refrigerator overnight or 8-12 hours.
