To make a marbled cake, prepare the flour first. Use a sieve to sift it into a medium bowl. This is necessary so that the flour is saturated with oxygen, and there are no lumps in the dough. Along with the flour, add the baking powder to the bowl. Mix the two well and set aside.
Put the butter in a saucepan or small saucepan, put the container on low heat. With constant stirring, melt the butter until liquid. Remove the saucepan and its contents from the heat and let the oil cool to room temperature. Do not rinse the oil container, it will come in handy in this form.
Break the required number of chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add granulated sugar to the eggs. Using a hand whisk, mash the ingredients and beat until smooth. Next, add sour cream, condensed milk, and melted butter to a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. At the very end, add flour sifted with baking powder and mix everything again.
Break open a dark chocolate bar and place it in the saucepan or saucepan in which you melted the butter. Place the pan on a low heat and melt the chocolate until thick and smooth. While the chocolate is cooling, pour half of the dough into a separate bowl. Put the required amount of insoluble cocoa and melted chocolate in one of the bowls with the dough. Stir the chocolate dough thoroughly with a whisk.
You can add raisins, nuts and candied fruits to the dough. This will make your cupcake even tastier.
Take a baking dish, brush it with a little butter and sprinkle with semolina. Now put two types of dough into the mold, alternating them. You can place them in any order. You can make the so-called zebra or just some kind of pattern.
Preheat oven to 180C and bake the cake for 45 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the finished baked goods from the oven and cool them to room temperature without removing them from the mold. When the cake is completely cool, remove it from the baking dish.
The marble cake is ready. Serve it in portions. You can decorate your baked goods with chocolate icing before serving. To do this, melt a bar of white, milk or dark chocolate and pour the resulting consistency over the top of the cake.
