Cottage cheese is a natural product that should be eaten regularly. But, unfortunately, not everyone loves it in its pure form, children are especially negative about it. But so that he is still present in the diet, you can prepare various cottage cheese desserts. One of them is a marble soufflé "Zebra", which can be served both for evening tea drinking and put on a festive table.

It is necessary

  • • 600 g of fatty cottage cheese;
  • • 750 g 20% sour cream;
  • • 6 pieces of Yubileinoye cookies;
  • • 9 tbsp. milk;
  • • 7 tbsp. cocoa;
  • • 50 g of gelatin;
  • • 1 cup of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

First, put the gelatin in a glass or deep dish and cover with water at room temperature. Leave it on for 30 minutes to swell. Then grind the cookies until finely crumbled. This can be done with your hands or with a blender. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. It is important that the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Transfer the gelatin to a saucepan and add milk to it, heat over low heat so that the gelatin is completely dissolved, but you cannot bring the mixture to a boil. Then gently pour the milk and gelatin into the curd while whisking the sour cream-curd mass. Divide it into 3 equal parts. Set one aside, add crushed cookies to the second, and add cocoa to the third. Stir the second and third parts a little with a fork so that blotches of cocoa and cookies are visible. Then the cottage cheese soufflé will be colorful and especially tasty.

Step 3

To give the mass a round shape, take a salad bowl and place cling film in it, then put two tablespoons of each mass. Put the soufflé in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours to freeze. Before serving, carefully place the dessert on a plate and remove the cling film. To prepare a marble soufflé, you can use not a salad bowl, but small molds.
