Prepare food. You will need a pound of low-fat cottage cheese, the same amount of sour cream, it is better to take liquid, 15% fat. A glass of sugar, a bag of vanillin, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 100 ml of milk, 40 grams of gelatin. For aroma, you can also add instant coffee - 2 teaspoons. Sometimes crumbled biscuits are added to the mixture for the preparation of the dessert - “Jubilee”, “For coffee” will do.

Soak gelatin in cold water - while the other ingredients are cooking, it will have time to swell. Mash the cottage cheese with sugar and beat with a blender. Warm the milk. Add swollen gelatin to warm milk and heat over low heat. The gelatin should dissolve completely. You cannot boil milk.

Combine curd mixture and milk with gelatin. Divide the result into three parts: dilute one with water and add coffee, in the other - cocoa, in the third - vanillin. If you do not plan to add coffee, divide the mixture in two. Crumbled cookies can be added equally to both sides; leave the mixture to stand for about fifteen minutes to soak the cookies a little.

Now take a muffin pan or salad bowl. Cover the inside with cling film. Start putting the mixture in the middle of the mold - 2 tablespoons from each part, 2 spoons with coffee, 2 with cocoa, 2 with vanilla, and so on, until it's over. Put the container with the curd mass in the refrigerator - it will freeze for about five hours. After the dessert has set, turn it over onto a platter and remove the cling film.
