The original curd cake with a marble pattern will delight little guests and will be a decoration for your festive table.
It is necessary
- - 350 grams of chocolate chip cookies
- - 250 grams of butter
- - 300 grams of canned apricots
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grated lemon zest
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 2/3 cup starch
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of orange juice
- - 8 eggs
- - 1.5 kg of dietary cottage cheese
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the cookies and mix with 200 grams of butter.
Step 2
Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press to the bottom.
Step 3
Cook canned fruits over low heat with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice and 1, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Use a blender to puree the fruit.
Step 5
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of starch with orange juice and add to fruit puree.
Step 6
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites with a mixer into a strong foam, gradually adding half a glass of sugar.
Step 7
Grind the remaining 50 grams of butter with the remaining sugar, add vanilla sugar.
Step 8
Then add the yolks, cottage cheese, the remaining starch, lemon zest and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice, mix and add whipped egg whites.
Step 9
Spread the curd cream over the crust, top with the apricot puree in portions and make a marble pattern with a fork.
Step 10
Bake for 45 minutes.
