A cobbler is a delicate fruit or berry cake. It is very easy to prepare and incredibly delicious. For the arrival of guests, it is best to prepare it in individual baking tins.
It is necessary
- For filling:
- - 450 gr. berries;
- - 4 tablespoons of cane sugar.
- For the test:
- - 110 gr. flour;
- - 110 gr. cane sugar;
- - 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 4 spoons of milk;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 140 butter.
Instructions
Step 1
The berries must be washed and chopped, if necessary, so that the pieces are the same size. Add sugar to the berries and mix gently.
Step 2
We spread the berries in 7 molds (ramekins).
Step 3
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Stir and pour in the melted butter. Beat until smooth.
Step 4
Put the finished dough into molds - 3 tablespoons per ramekin.
Step 5
We bake in the oven (175C) for 25 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden toothpick, if necessary, increase the baking time by a few minutes.
Step 6
Serve the dessert with whipped cream and fresh berries as a decoration.
