  • - 130 g fresh butter;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1, 5 glasses of sugar;
  • - 2, 5-3 glasses of flour;
  • - 350-400 g sour cream 20% fat;
  • - 50 g of starch (3 tablespoons);
  • - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (you can replace with soda);
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • - a glass of strawberries (or any other berries, such as blueberries, lingonberries, blackberries, etc.).

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Beat until the mass doubles.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a bowl (you can use either a water bath or a microwave), then add 50 g sour cream, beaten egg mass and sugar to it. Whisk everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Sift the flour, add baking powder or soda to it, mix, then gradually add it to the creamy egg mass and grind until a plastic elastic dough is formed.

Step 4

Place the berries in a colander, rinse them with cold water, remove sepals and other debris. If you take strawberries, then cut them into four to six parts, if smaller berries, then leave them whole.

Step 5

Take a baking dish, cover it with parchment, brush with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough so that its thickness is no more than 0.5 centimeters, and put on a baking sheet, form small sides (for this cake, you can also use a silicone mold).

Step 6

Put dried berries on top of the dough in a thin layer (you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar). Mix the remaining sour cream with starch and pour it over the berries.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the pie pan in it for 30-35 minutes. Use a toothpick to check that the cake is ready.

Step 8

As soon as the cake is cooked, put it on a tray of the appropriate size and cover it on top with a clean towel for 10 minutes (in this case, the dessert will turn out to be more juicy, tender and aromatic).
