- - Blackberries 150 grams;

- - Baking powder 1 tablespoon;

Step 1
First, let's prepare the filling. Put two tablespoons of starch in a glass with "Tarhun" and stir thoroughly so that not a single lump remains and the starch is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Now we need berries: blackberries and strawberries, chop large berries at random and put them in a saucepan and put on fire. Add a tablespoon of sugar to 300 grams of berries. Pour "Tarhun" with starch into a saucepan, as soon as this whole mixture warms up, you get a luxurious berry jelly, which must be evaporated for 10 minutes.
Step 3
For now, grind 125 grams of margarine in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Here we add one chicken egg and half a glass of fatty kefir. Add flour. The dough is prepared without yeast, and so that it rises when baking, we will use a baking powder. Add a little vanilla sugar to make the dough more flavorful. We knead the dough.
Step 4
Knead the dough into a cake. Take a baking dish, add vegetable oil and some bread crumbs to the bottom. We spread the dough cake on the bottom, with a margin on the sides, distributing it over the entire form.
Step 5
We begin to spread the finished berry filling inside. We lower the sides down a little and make small "tucks".
