Tea drinks can be prepared not only with the leaves of the tea plant, but also from various fruits, berries, herbs. There is where your imagination unfolds! By combining different ingredients, you can get a medicinal or vitamin fruit tea.
Apple tea
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of apple juice;
- 20 ml vanilla syrup;
- strong black tea.
Combine vanilla syrup and apple juice in a cup. Bring to full volume with hot black tea. Serve immediately.
Raspberry tea
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of raspberry syrup;
- a few raspberries;
- strong tea.
Pour raspberry syrup into a cup, put whole raspberries (you can take from jam), bring hot brewed tea to full volume.
Strawberry tea
Ingredients:
- 50 ml strawberry syrup;
- strong black tea.
Pour strawberry syrup into a cup. Pre-brew strong black tea, pour it into the syrup, mix.
Lemon tea
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of fresh lemon juice;
- 20 ml sugar syrup;
- slice of lemon;
- Black tea.
In a cup, mix sugar syrup (cook from water and sugar) with lemon juice, pour in hot tea, mix. Put a slice of lemon in a cup, a healthy tea drink is ready!
In any of these drinks, you can add different spices at your discretion - cinnamon, vanilla, cloves.
