    • sunflower oil for frying;
    • lettuce leaves for decoration.
    • For the second recipe:
    • eggplant - 4 pcs;
    • onions - 2 pcs;
    • tomato paste - 4 tablespoons;
    • hard cheese - 200 g;
    • minced meat - 350g;
    • salt to taste;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • sunflower oil for frying.
    • For the third recipe:
    • eggplant - 2 pcs;
    • tomatoes - 3 pcs;
    • cheese - 150 g;
    • garlic - 1 clove;
    • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;
    • sunflower oil - for frying;
    • parsley greens - 2 sprigs.

Instructions

Step 1

Recipe 1. "Eggplant rolls with cheese and garlic."

Slice the eggplants lengthwise into slices.

Place in salted water for 45-60 minutes.

For filling:

Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Squeeze the garlic into the cheese.

Chop the greens finely.

Combine all the ingredients, salt a little and season with mayonnaise.

Mix everything well.

Fry layers of eggplant in sunflower oil until golden brown.

Place the filling on one end of each eggplant and twist the roll.
