Fruit and berry soup will be a great dessert dish for the hot season. The original white chocolate sauce will add a special flavor to the dessert. The dish is prepared simply. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary

- - apple - 1 pc.;
- - grapefruit - 1 pc.;
- - strawberries - 10 berries;
- - dry white wine - 200 ml;
- - cream 20% - 200 ml;
- - mineral water (without gas) - 0.5 l;
- - white chocolate - 100 g;
- - sugar - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking chocolate sauce. Rinse the grapefruit with water. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp (you need about 50 milliliters of juice). Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour the cream over the chocolate and heat the mixture at a low boil, stirring constantly, until a thick mass is obtained (5-7 minutes). Then pour in the grapefruit juice, mix well. Remove sauce from heat and keep warm until serving. The sauce is ready.
Step 2
Preparation of fruits and berries. Wash the indicated fruits with water. Peel the pears and apple. Remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Peel the peach, cut it in two, remove the stone. Cut the peach pulp into slices. Rinse the berries, dry, remove the stalks. Cut each berry lengthwise into four parts.
Step 3
In a saucepan, mix water and wine, boil. Add sugar. Put all prepared fruits and berries in a boiling liquid, bring to a boil again and immediately remove from the stove. Leave to infuse under the lid for 15-20 minutes. Pour the finished fruit soup into bowls, serve the chocolate sauce separately. The dish is ready.
