Sorbet is often called dietary products, because this delicacy has few calories, but a lot of vitamins. Sorbet is essentially a fruit puree with a small amount of sugar added.
It is necessary
- - any berries and fruits - 300 grams;
- - one orange;
- - mint syrup - 100 milliliters;
- For the sauce:
- - two oranges;
- - brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce "Sweet" from Kikkoman - 2 teaspoons each;
- - starch - 1 spoon.

Step 1
Prepare the sorbet first. To do this, grind the selected fruits in a blender. Add fresh orange juice, add mint syrup, mix. Pour the resulting mass into an ice cream maker, cook for half an hour.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Remove the zest from one orange. Squeeze juice from two fruits, pour into a saucepan, add sugar, half the zest, soy sauce, lemon juice. Mix, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Boil the sauce until thick, you can add starch diluted in orange juice. Mix, hold until thickened - the sauce is ready!
Step 4
Spread the finished sorbet in portions, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with the rest of the orange peel. An exquisite dessert is ready for serving!
