This is a separate dish. Delicious, satisfying. Looks nice. Usually it is prepared for special occasions.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of beef pulp;
- - 100 g of pork;
- - 1 kg of potatoes;
- - 50 g vegetable oil;
- - 2 pieces of onions;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste;
- - 4 eggs:
- - spices;
- - garlic, lemon juice;
- - Bay leaf.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into portions, beat slightly.
Step 2
Prepare the marinating mixture. Oil, pepper, salt, chopped garlic, pepper, lemon juice, bay leaf - mix everything thoroughly. Put the beef off the beef in the marinade.
Step 3
Peel potatoes and onions. Cut into circles. Fry in oil and simmer. Add tomato paste during cooking.
Step 4
Twist the pork.

Fry the marinated pieces of meat.

Take portioned pans and place cooked potatoes and onions in them. Put the fried meat on this mixture. Cover the top with a thin layer of twisted pork. Make a depression in the middle of the pan. Break an egg into it. The protein will cover the meat, and the yolk will be in the hole.
Step 7
Place the pans in the oven. When the protein thickens, the dish is ready.
Step 8
Serve in the same pans in which the dish was cooked. Salad is served separately.
