It is necessary

  • For 6 servings:

  • 3/4 cup sustained oatmeal
  • 6 tbsp baked apple puree;
  • 3 tbsp ground nuts;
  • 2 small ripe bananas;
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • Butter for lubricating molds.
  • Optional: powdered sugar and / or berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. We grease the molds with butter. Mix the nuts with oatmeal and applesauce, spread out the bottom of the molds. Bake for about 8 minutes until tender and cool completely.

Step 2

At this time, mix bananas, vanilla, cottage cheese and honey with a mixer. Place in molds on top of the cooled base and return to oven for 20 minutes. The top should not be reddened!
