Chicken fillet is the basis of many delicious dishes. You can get it by cutting meat from poultry legs or breast. Prepare kebabs, meat sticks or tender cutlets from the fillet. For each of these options for cooking chicken fillet, there is a different marinade option.

    • Barbecue marinade:
    • 1 kg of chicken fillet;
    • 1 onion;
    • juice of 0.5 lemon;
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • 0.5 teaspoon ground red pepper;
    • 2 tablespoons of cumin;
    • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
    • 2 tablespoons coriander
    • 1 teaspoon marjoram;
    • salt
    • or
    • 0.5 liters of light beer;
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 tablespoon of cumin.
    • For meat sticks:
    • corn starch;
    • soy sauce;
    • sugar;
    • egg;
    • almond;
    • chicken fillet.
    • For cutlets:
    • 400 g chicken fillet;
    • 1 onion;
    • 2-3 eggs;
    • 4 tablespoons flour;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel 1 onion and 3 garlic cloves. Cut the onion into half rings, the garlic into thin slices. Add the juice of 0.5 lemon, 0.5 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 2 tablespoons of cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground paprika, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 1 teaspoon of marjoram. Mix everything and lightly salt.

Step 2

Wash 1 kg of chicken fillet and cut into portions. Place them in a bowl of marinade and stir. Leave the fillet to marinate for 2-3 hours in a cool place, then grill the kebab.

Step 3

You can make a chicken fillet kebab marinade based on beer. Mix 0.5 liters of light beer with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cumin. Add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Put portions of chicken fillet in the marinade and leave in a warm place for 2 hours, then fry on charcoal or in the oven.

Step 4

For meat sticks, cut the chicken fillet into 2 cm strips. Prepare the marinade. Mix the cornstarch, sugar, and soy sauce in arbitrary proportions. Place the fillet pieces in the marinade, stir and leave for 1 hour.

Step 5

Beat the egg until smooth. On a separate plate, combine the starch and chopped almonds. Dip the marinated pieces of chicken fillet first in a beaten egg, then in a starch-almond mixture. Deep-fry them until golden brown. Place the meat sticks on a paper towel to remove any remaining oil and serve.

Step 6

For cutlets, finely chop 400 g of chicken fillet. Peel and chop 1 onion as finely as the meat. Toss the fillets and onions. Add 2 eggs and 4 tablespoons flour. Mix everything until smooth. Salt it. Leave the fillets to marinate for 3-4 hours. After that, spread the cutlet mass with a tablespoon in a pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Serve them with a side dish of your choice.
