Chop up a large bunch of fresh cilantro. Pass three cloves of garlic through a press. Grind 1, 5 teaspoons of black peppercorns in a mortar. Combine cilantro, pepper, garlic, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a tablespoon of salt, four tablespoons of vegetable oil in a bowl and stir. Rub the chicken legs with the resulting marinade and leave in the refrigerator for two hours.

Rub the chicken legs with the prepared mixture. Leave to marinate for 4-5 hours in a cool place.

The fourth variant of the marinade

You will need 200 - 250 g of mayonnaise, one teaspoon of red sweet pepper, two teaspoons of garlic passed through a press, one lemon cut into slices, one tablespoon of salt, a pinch of caraway seeds and ground coriander, a bunch of freshly chopped cilantro or parsley, two bay leaves. Mix everything thoroughly. Rub the marinade over the legs and leave in a cool place for at least five hours.
