In a separate wide, deep bowl, combine sour cream and mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Put chicken legs in this mass, mix and let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then mix everything again and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes (it is worth noting that when using thick sour cream you don't need to mix it a second time, as the sauce will turn out thick and will not drain from the meat). In total, the meat should be marinated for at least half an hour.

Grease a clean baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the chicken legs on it. Preheat the oven to 210-220 degrees, then place the form in it for 15-20 minutes (that is, at 210 degrees, the baking time is 20 minutes, at 220 - 15 minutes).
Step 5
Over time, reduce the oven temperature to 170-180 degrees and continue baking the chicken legs for another 30 minutes. Five minutes before the end of cooking, increase the oven temperature again to 210 degrees.
