Oven-baked chicken is one of the most common festive dishes. You can bake the whole chicken in the oven, or you can restrict yourself to only chicken legs - so that guests do not find out who will get the leg and who will get the wing. Chicken legs baked in a spicy mustard-lemon sauce are very tasty and juicy.

Instructions
Step 1
First, make a baking sauce. To do this, thoroughly mix the pre-chopped garlic, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt. This marinade is the highlight of this dish.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken legs thoroughly under running water, let them dry on their own (if there is time) or wipe them off with a paper towel. Next, rub the legs with mustard-lemon sauce on all sides, put them in a cup and leave for 2-3 hours so that the legs can marinate. If you take frozen chicken legs, then the marinating time should be about 4-5 hours.
Step 3
Take a baking sheet, brush it well with vegetable oil and put the chicken legs marinated in sauce on it.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, put a baking sheet with legs in it and bake them for 1 hour.
