It is necessary

    • 1 kilogram of potatoes;
    • 3 chicken legs;
    • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
    • 100 grams of 20% sour cream;
    • 6-7 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon of red ground pepper;
    • 2 teaspoons without top salt;
    • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley or dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel one kilogram of medium potatoes and rinse under cold water. Cut each root vegetable into four pieces. In a deep cup, stir 100 grams of 20% sour cream, 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed in a garlic press, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, ¼ teaspoon of red ground pepper, 1 teaspoon without top salt. If desired, add a couple of dry basil leaves there, after kneading them with your fingers (it will give the baked potatoes a pleasant aroma). Transfer the chopped potatoes to a bowl of sour cream and garlic mixture and mix thoroughly.
