- 1 onion;
- 1 slice of white bread

Step 1
Recipe number 1
Mix eggs and flour. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, dip in batter and fry in well-heated vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Chop the garlic, finely chop the dill and mix with mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Coat the batter-fried zucchini with mayonnaise, and put the tomatoes on top.

Combine flour, eggs, sour cream, salt and chopped herbs in a deep bowl. The zucchini batter should be as thick as sour cream. Peel the zucchini from the skin and seeds, cut into thin rings. Dip the zucchini in batter, fry in well-heated vegetable oil, transfer to a plate.

Wash the zucchini, peel them of seeds and skin and cut into circles, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat eggs with milk, then carefully combine with flour. Dip the zucchini into the finished batter, then roll them in sesame seeds and fry for 8-10 in a deep fat fryer at 180oC.

Peel the garlic and pass it through the garlic press, then mix with the sour cream. Pour the cooked zucchini in batter, sour cream and garlic sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped basil.
