Many people liked Japanese cuisine. Japanese cuisine is not only about rolls and sushi. These are also unusual desserts, for example, fried bananas in batter with ice cream, mint and red currants.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - two bananas;
- - vanilla ice cream - 8 tbsp. spoons;
- - fresh mint - 2 stems;
- - red currant - 10 berries;
- - one egg;
- - panko breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - wheat flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - icing sugar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and flour over 3 bowls. Cut the bananas in half.
Step 2
First, roll the bananas in flour, then in a chicken egg, then in breadcrumbs. They should be completely covered with breading.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet (in a layer of five centimeters) to 180 degrees. It is easy to check the temperature of the butter - throw a piece of white bread into it, it should turn brown in thirty seconds.
Step 4
Cook the bananas until golden brown for three to four minutes. Transfer to a paper towel and drain off excess vegetable oil.
Step 5
Now put the bananas on two plates, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, garnish with ice cream, currants and mint leaves. The original dessert is ready - try it!
