- - Low-fat cottage cheese - 400 g;
- - Sour cream 10-15% or thick yogurt - 500 g;
- - Cocoa powder - 125 g;
- - Gelatin - 40 g;
- - Milk - 5 tablespoons;
- - Nuts - 100 g;
- - Sugar - 145 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in water according to the instructions. Then add 5 tablespoons to the gelatin. milk and heat in a small saucepan on the stove, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin dissolves, but never bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder with a tablespoon of sugar. Mix the remaining sugar with cottage cheese and sour cream in a blender until smooth. Add gelatin to the curd mass.
Step 3
Divide the mass into 3 parts. Stir cocoa powder to the first, to the second - ground nuts with sugar, leave the third part unchanged.
