It is necessary

  • - egg 2 pieces
  • - sugar 70 grams
  • - white chocolate 100 grams
  • - cottage cheese 160 grams
  • - sour cream 100 grams
  • - starch 40 grams

Instructions

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar into a white fluffy mass. This can be done with a mixer, but at the very beginning you need to use a whisk. Then, in another bowl, sour cream is mixed with cottage cheese, starch is added to the curd mass. Sour cream and cottage cheese are preferable with a high fat content. If low-fat dairy products are available, squeeze them out to remove excess liquid.

Step 2

Only half of the beaten egg mixture is added to the curd mass, everything is gently mixed. For chocolate, the bar is melted in a water bath. To do this, bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, put chocolate in a shallower container and hold the vessel over boiling water until the chocolate has completely melted. It is advisable not to lower the container in water. Melted chocolate is added to the second half of the egg mixture, everything is thoroughly mixed.

Step 3

A baking dish is greased with butter, light and chocolate dough is alternately added to it. Then, using a toothpick, you can make stains around the edges.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the dish with the dough in it and bake for about 45 minutes.

Step 5

After the allotted time, there is no need to rush to remove the finished curd from the oven, as the cake may settle. You can leave it to cool right in the oven. Before serving, the curd can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
