Step 1
With the berry, do the following: rinse thoroughly and dry. Leave a few strawberries to decorate the cake, and put the rest in a blender and chop until puree. Add powdered sugar and squeezed juice from one lemon there. Mix thoroughly. Place the resulting mass in a cup and send it to the freezer for about 3 hours. After the time has elapsed, remove, whisk and put back in the cold.
Step 2
Place chicken eggs in an empty bowl and add plain sugar and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat the resulting mass using a water bath for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. After the time has elapsed, beat with a mixer, on medium speed, for about 7 minutes. Then put the pre-sifted flour there, but not all at once, but in several steps, while not forgetting to stir.
Step 3
Soften the butter and add to the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly. Thus, the dough turned out. Place it in a greased baking dish and send it to an oven preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees for half an hour. Cool the finished cake.
Step 4
To prepare the meringue, beat the egg whites until a firm white foam. Then gradually add the icing sugar and vanillin to them. While adding these ingredients, do not stop whisking the mixture.
Step 5
Place the strawberry filling on the baked crust. Transfer the meringue to a pastry bag and gently squeeze it onto the surface of the dessert in random order. In this form, send the dish to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees and send the dessert into it for 5-7 minutes. Alaska cake is ready! Garnish it with a specially set berry.
