Delicious and crumbly cookies with an unusual name will really please not only children, but also their parents. This dessert is prepared in a very short time.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 240 gr. flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 150 gr. melted butter;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence;
- - 2 yolks;
- - 2 teaspoons lemon zest;
- - 80 gr. icing sugar.
- For filling:
- - any jam.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Knead the dough: first, mix all the dry ingredients, and then add the yolks, butter, vanilla essence and lemon zest to them.
Step 2
Roll out the dough 1 cm thick and cut out an equal number of circles with and without a hole.
Step 3
We spread both types of cookies on a baking sheet lined with paper. We bake for 9-10 minutes.
Step 4
If the jam is very thick, you can warm it up a little in a saucepan.
Step 5
Put the jam on one cookie and combine with the second.
