What could be simpler than boiled macaroni with grated cheese or navy macaroni? In Italy, there are more than 30 types of all kinds of pasta. And there are so many dishes that can be prepared from them, and do not count.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of pasta;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 zucchini;
- 10 g butter;
- 30 g grated nuts (preferably forest);
- 50 ml of broth;
- 200 g soft cheese;
- 1 small orange;
- ground pepper, salt;
- green onions.
Preparation:
- Place pasta in plenty of boiling water. Long pasta works best with smooth sauces such as cheese and nut sauces. Therefore, you need to take spaghetti, and certainly made from durum wheat.
- Wash the carrots and zucchini in cold running water and peel them. If the zucchini is not overgrown, then its peel is tender, which means that it can not be peeled off. Grate or cut the vegetables into thin strips and add to the pan about 4 to 5 minutes until the pasta is done.
- Remove pasta and vegetables from the pan, put in a sieve and drain off excess moisture. Do not pour the broth remaining in the dish, it will be used to make the sauce.
- Dissolve the oil in a frying pan, add finely grated nuts there. Dilute everything with broth. Send the processed cheese to the broth.
- Squeeze the juice of one orange, pour it into the resulting sauce and mix everything. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Chop the washed onion.
- Place the pasta beautifully on a large dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
In order for the nuts to crack easily, you need to put them in any container that retains heat well and pour boiling water over them. Leave with the lid closed for about 10-20 minutes.
