Savoy cabbage and tomatoes perfectly set off the taste of fresh meat and add their own original flavor. Mushrooms always go well with meat, and in this case add spice to the dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of fresh ribs to taste (pork, veal or lamb);
- - 300 g savoy cabbage;
- - 300 g soft juicy tomatoes;
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 3 small onions;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt and black pepper;
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into half rings of medium thickness. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut into large cubes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to make it easier to skin them, cut into cubes or grate them.

Chop the cabbage into large pieces. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add chopped ribs to the pan. Season with salt, add black pepper to taste and fry everything for about 30-35 minutes.
Step 3
Top with chopped mushrooms and continue to fry for another 10 minutes. Then add the cabbage and let it stew slightly for 10 minutes, make sure that the meat does not burn, so add a little water. Last of all, add the tomatoes and let the dish simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes, additionally season with salt and criss-cross. Delicious tender ribs with savoy cabbage are ready.
