The ribs are juicy, mushrooms and savoy cabbage perfectly complement their taste. Instead of savoy cabbage, you can use Peking cabbage or white cabbage, only white cabbage will take a little longer to cook.

- For 6-8 servings:
- - 500 g of pork, beef or lamb ribs;
- - 300 g savoy cabbage;
- - 300 g of mushrooms;
- - 300 g of tomatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Peel the onion, chop, but not very finely. Cut the ribs too. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into cubes. Fresh mushrooms are suitable for this recipe.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut into cubes. Chop the savoy cabbage thinly.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, put chopped onion, fry it a little.

Add ribs to the onion, pepper and salt to taste. Cook together for 30-40 minutes, depending on the ribs you choose, for example pork ribs will cook faster.

Then add mushrooms to the ribs, fry together for 10 minutes.

Add shredded cabbage, cook for another 10 minutes. If you took white cabbage, then fry it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
At the end of frying, add chopped tomatoes, fry for another 5 minutes - no more, the tomatoes should not have time to fall apart. Serve the cooked meal hot. It does not need an additional side dish.
