The ribs are juicy, mushrooms and savoy cabbage perfectly complement their taste. Instead of savoy cabbage, you can use Peking cabbage or white cabbage, only white cabbage will take a little longer to cook.

It is necessary

  • For 6-8 servings:
  • - 500 g of pork, beef or lamb ribs;
  • - 300 g savoy cabbage;
  • - 300 g of mushrooms;
  • - 300 g of tomatoes;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, chop, but not very finely. Cut the ribs too. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into cubes. Fresh mushrooms are suitable for this recipe.

Step 2

Rinse the tomatoes, cut into cubes. Chop the savoy cabbage thinly.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, put chopped onion, fry it a little.

Step 4

Add ribs to the onion, pepper and salt to taste. Cook together for 30-40 minutes, depending on the ribs you choose, for example pork ribs will cook faster.

Step 5

Then add mushrooms to the ribs, fry together for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Add shredded cabbage, cook for another 10 minutes. If you took white cabbage, then fry it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

At the end of frying, add chopped tomatoes, fry for another 5 minutes - no more, the tomatoes should not have time to fall apart. Serve the cooked meal hot. It does not need an additional side dish.
