Pork ribs with mushrooms and wine is a hearty and delicious lunch that men will appreciate. Pork ribs are nourishing and fatty in themselves, so mushrooms as a light side dish will be enough.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of pork ribs;
- - 0.5 glasses of red wine;
- - 6 mushrooms;
- - 2 onions;
- - salt, sugar, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Take soft pork ribs, cut them by the bone, rinse, then fry in a heavy-bottomed skillet without adding oil. The fat from the ribs will be melted and they will cook on it.
Step 2
Peel the onions, chop and send to the skillet with the ribs. Rinse fresh mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the pan. You can take ordinary mushrooms, aspen mushrooms or oyster mushrooms (oyster mushrooms should be taken more). Season with salt to taste, stir, cover and simmer.
Step 3
When the onion and mushrooms are lightly fried and soften, pour half a glass of red wine into the pan. Season with any spices such as Italian herbs and dried garlic.
Step 4
Cook until the wine has completely evaporated. Then turn off the heat under the skillet.
