Eintopf is a very thick soup originally from German cuisine. There are many ways to make this soup. Cook it on the basis of cabbage and smoked ribs - it will turn out very tasty!
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - smoked pork ribs - 600 grams;
- - one bay leaf;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - green beans, white cabbage - 200 grams each;
- - two stalks of celery;
- - one large carrot, onion;
- - ten black peppercorns;
- - two medium potatoes;
- - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the ribs in a saucepan along with the pepper, lavrushka, and minced garlic. Pour in two liters of water, bring to a boil, cook under the lid, the meat should begin to move away from the bones.
Step 2
Chop the onion, carrot, celery. Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan, add onions, carrots, celery. Fry for about seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste, fry until a characteristic sweetish smell (two minutes).
Step 3
Remove the ribs from the broth, remove the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Add fried vegetables, chopped potatoes, cabbage and beans to the broth. Season with salt. Cook the vegetables over medium heat until cooked. Add the meat to the soup five minutes before the end of cooking.
