Pea soup appears on the tables of many families. It is healthy, fragrant, satisfying, and it has become even easier to cook - in a multicooker. The soup acquires original notes of taste if you add smoked ribs and spices to it.
It is necessary
- - 450 grams of smoked ribs,
- - 200 grams of peas,
- - 350 grams of potatoes,
- - 1 large onion,
- - 1 medium carrot,
- - a small bell pepper,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - greens to taste,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
- - dry spices to taste,
- - 2 bay leaves,
- - salt to taste,
- - 2 p. water.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse peas well and soak in water for 4 hours.
Step 2
Pour two tablespoons of sunflower or vegetable oil into a multicooker, turn on the "Fry" program at 140 degrees, set the time to half an hour.
Step 3
Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots. Saute vegetables in a slow cooker for 15 minutes.
Step 4
While the vegetables are browning, cut the bell peppers into small cubes. Add pepper to vegetables and sauté for another five minutes.
Step 5
Add peas to vegetables, add water and cook until signal. Set the signal field on the multicooker to the "Soup" mode, the time is 2 hours.
Step 6
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Rinse the ribs with boiling water.
Step 7
35 minutes after the start of the "Soup" program, put the potatoes and ribs in a slow cooker, salt a little (the ribs are already salted).
Step 8
Chop two garlic cloves and fresh herbs.
Step 9
After the beep signaling the end of the program, add garlic and herbs to the soup, stir. Leave the soup on the Heat program for 30 minutes. Serve in portions with croutons and sour cream.
